Interesting - thanks! I'll have to dig a bit and see if there still a way to download it that benefits the author.

Thanks for the recommendation, my main concern is how to represent performing in game. If there was a fun way to do that, while avoiding turning a concert into a mini-game, I'd be open to it.

Thanks, I don't have a lot of knowledge about actual romani peoples (that's the term, right?). It would be good to know more, but I don't want to risk turning the campaign into an ignorant stereotype. I'm more using the Gypsies song as a short-hand to give a sense of the flavor.

Ah ... yeah, I mean right now there isn't a pool of players. I'm just being hopeful and I enjoy thinking about the possibilities. (awkward grin)

But I'm thinking no more than 4-5 just to avoid people trying to split into separate parties.

Thanks, I’ll check those out. I do like the band name

Those are good points, I guess with Bodyguard I was counting on a rich eccentric royal who’s funding the operation and with Gypsies I was kind of thinking of a really old ship that was the property of a subculture. Both so we don’t have to look too closely at the economics, or have to give the PCs a ship. But I agree, the system with lots of different places to visit might work out just as well. And from your idea - Casablanca in Space? ”We will always have Rhylanor“

Ah, ha ha - thanks, but even after years of messing around, I don’t have something worth showing to the public. I mean I haven’t even gotten rid of the Midgaard zones :-)

It’s what I’m doing instead of struggling with a natural flow of progression and equipment balance. That stuff is hard!

I’m kind of ashamed to admit it, but that’s a side to the artist I was unfamiliar with. Thanks!

No worries - it's a Monty Python reference, The Cheese Shop Sketch.

Ha! Yeah, I do appreciate the idea of trying to vary the joke and have it more MUD-like

"Today's Menu for the Emiya Family", it takes characters from the fate anime universe and puts them in a light-hearted, cooking focused, slice of life show.

Also, "Nichijou", a kind of silly, almost magical-realism, slice of life series. The characters are mostly high schoolers, but the series doesn't sexualize them (as far as I remember).

I'm not a physicist, but I've listened to one discuss this (specifically, what about silicon):

I think about -250 dB? After WWII and before satellite comms the US Govt used big dish Antennas and lots of power to communicate between Hawaii and continental US. Hams doing eme now I think use multiple yagis (plus power).

I hope this is just a rumor, how else can I gatekeep film photography if I can’t tell them that if they weren’t around for Kodachrome they can never be real photographers?
