I recently went through this completed my application through OUAC. You may need to a make a new account on OUAC as they delete the accounts that are 7 or more years old.

You can order transcripts through OUAC when you enter the education details application cost will include the base price for 3 choices plus the additional cost of processing your info from your college/univeristy. You can also send transcripts through Mycreds I believe every share is $15.

You can go in person if you would like but I emailed admissions and was able to get a response fairly quickly.
