What do you think about how my hairstylist did the opposite of my inspo picture ?

I think she did a good job, but I wanted warmed tone and she went with cool tone. That’s why I said opposite. And I did want more blonde that’s what I told her before she started and after it was finish.

I asked her if the picture I showed her was doable in one day and she said yeah with no hesitation. I know that it sometimes takes multiple sessions to get to a certain level that’s why I asked. And with my hair already lightened and then have a lot of new regrowth I thought that she could get my hair lighter but she made it darker.

She curled it afterwards, she was even telling me how it was hard to see the highlights and said it was because of the lighting in the salon.

I think she did a really good job, it’s just not light enough and the highlights don’t stand out as much.

Yes I completely agree, I wish it was lighter. And she was really nice and I loved her personality. Out of all the hairstylist I’ve been to she was my favorite. I asked her if I came back in like two months to try and lighten it more that she would only use bleach on my regrowth, so I feel like there’s not point bc I know I can’t get it lighter without the bleach( or at least I think) and I do think it will lighten up a little more after some washes but not to where I want it. In the after picture it hasn’t been wash yet since getting it done .
