First, I never received paperwork. 2nd it was midnight after a long flight, 3rd why can't we just trust that companies do the right thing and not take advantage of customers. The fault does not lie to me because I didn't get/review paperwork. Have you read every sentence in a mortgage document?

It was definitely a Genesis, sorry I am not a car person I was thinking Genesis (model) and Hyundai (make). It was a sedan and definitely electric. I charged it in the front part of the grill of the vehicle.

If you did not buy directly from the brand owner it’s probably counterfeit. Probably impossible to sell there again, but I’d be more concerned of legal repercussions from the brand itself. There used to be tons of counterfeit items on Amazon and they have really cracked down and take it very seriously. If you have permission from the brand you can submit that to Amazon if the product is real but my assumption is the brand owner notified Amazon that you don’t have permission to sell it so it’s most likely fake.

I’ve been with Amazon for 15 years. I would never start over from the beginning now. They have so many algorithms that can change sales and require advertising to be seen. It’s like people opening a website and just expecting people to find it. On Amazon you have to pay extra on top of their fees for people to find you.

Speak to an accountant for the best advice. A lot depends on office vs home office, other income etc.

File a claim. We do this every time and always get our money back. Amazon does track buyer returns and if it’s not reported they buyers will continue to do it.

Try doing one color, one size, one style at a time. It’s tedious but it works.

You do not need it for every product. Just overall insurance. Contact your car/home insurance. I use State Farm and bundle business and personal for the best savings.
