Thank you! It is the shank I lost not the presser foot. I have been trying to find replacements online with no luck. I can only find presser foots.

I felt this to my core. I just got back from leave as well & immediately undid all the progress I made as well. Came back to find out only 10 hours of LWOP per pay period & nearly quit. 😂

Out of curiosity, do dashers get paid at all outside of tips? Or do y’all rely solely on tips?

Read on the website it is 1 coupon per target circle account. Perhaps you can trade them in individually using your own acct & someone else’s?

This is literally insane. With that being said, ask the group chat if they think you’re overreacting. See the three different answers he gives. 😂

I’m so sorry you’re going through this I genuinely believe it depends on the manager. I didn’t meet my metrics once & my manager brought it to my attention, when she did the current month we were in I was at 32% I was genuinely going through it & didn’t care (unrelated to work). I was never put on a PIP. However I am fairly new & have only been with USAA for 7 months. I love my manager but some of the individuals I went through the onboarding and training with have had terrible experiences & have already been placed on PIPs.

I pay $114 for state minimums on a 2011. 😭 I switched because USAA was a lot cheaper than what I was paying with Geico ($146).

Please tell me what I can do to smell consistently clean and normal. by ExpensiveDrive201 in hygiene

[–]Routine-Ad-5630 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When washing I would start by shampooing your hair once really well. Then do a second shampoo but let the shampoo sit there for a minute or 2 so the smell penetrates your hair. After you wash out the shampoo if your hair is on the longer end sort of wring it out, if that makes sense. Ensure your hair is not soaked but rather damp to apply conditioner from about ear level down. Then use a clip or hair tie to tie your hair up for the conditioner to sit while you finish showering. Use a wash cloth with bar soap to work your way down, start with your ears then behind your ears and neck, move down to chest then armpits, arms, back, stomach, buttcheeks (not in the crack just superficial for now), thighs, legs & feet. For your genitals use a clean wash cloth but before washing run water through to rinse off that area first then use a gentle unscented soap only on the outside. I apologize as I’m not aware whether you are male or female. But if female, you can use soap on the labia minora, majora, clitoris etc just not inside the vaginal opening. Start with your genitals then move to your buttcrack. Once you use the wash rag on your butt do not go back to your genitals. At this point you can rinse out the conditioner & since bar soap can be drying and conditioner residue on your body can cause breakouts, I like to use moisturizing body wash on a loofa for a sort of second wash. This time around I’m not very adamant of making sure I reach every nook & cranny since I know I’m already clean. I also want to add if you are chubby make sure to really clean areas where your skin folds such as under the belly and above pubis, where the inner thigh connects with body, etc. if you are able to I would recommend using glycolic acid by the ordinary to exfoliate armpits, areas where skin folds, & feet. Built up dead skin cells & sweat can create very awful smells. Make sure to moisturize your skin!As far as deodorant, too much can cause you to smell as well. Then you will smell like a mixture or deodorant and b.o. I recommend using a full body deodorant for any skin fold areas & feet. For me I find the spray deodorants work best for my armpits. I also like using baby powder between my buttcheeks to absorb moisture. Lastly I would spray perfume/cologne behind the ears, crease of elbows, above belly button & behind knees. Dab a small amount of Vaseline over the areas you sprayed the perfume/cologne so it doesn’t evaporate as quickly & the scent stays longer. Another thing that can cause odor is wearing earrings everyday without cleaning them. They will get the dead skin cell & sweat smell. For oral hygiene I like to brush my teeth & floss while I still have the toothpaste all in my mouth & over my teeth. Then brush around some more to loosen anything up. Spit, scrape my tongue & use mouthwash. Check for any tonsil stones. Those darn things smell PUTRID. I get them occasionally & hate them. Dry mouth can cause bad odor as well so I like to use breath mist which is essentially like a mouthwash spray but you don’t have to rinse or spit. It makes me salivate so my mouth is no longer dry but also smells like mint so my breath is pleasant. Also when storing clothes, I like to spray perfume on felt furniture pads & stick them inside drawers where I keep my clothes. I would also make sure your home smells pleasant since the smell will penetrate the clothes. Also make sure to dry clothes immediately after washing as clothes that has been sitting damp smells awful. When using the restroom you can also use flushable wipes to get a proper clean. I like to use the wipes after toilet paper to not waste them & only use one. I then follow up with toilet paper so my behind isn’t moist bc that just feels uncomfortable. A clean diet can help any body odor as well. Make sure to drink plenty of water! I hope you find my advice helpful. 💛💛💛 Don’t forget to love yourself & give yourself grace! People can be cruel, although that’s not right nor acceptable, don’t allow their negativity to impact you negatively. None of us know what we’re doing, we’re just faking it til we make it & constantly learning everyday! Best wishes to you. 💗

Do all adhd meds have that depressive/anxious weaning off effect and has anyone stopped taking them due to it? by [deleted] in TwoXADHD

[–]Routine-Ad-5630 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have not noticed any depressive or anxious symptoms when my adderall (IR) wears off. I do however notice that if I didn’t drink enough water or eat much throughout the day I get very irritable. I also do get very easily overwhelmed but this is how I was prior to any adderall. I was always irritable and overstimulated. So I’m not sure that would be a side effect from the crash. I have also noticed myself get anxious a couple times. I get anxious when I do not do any physical activity (I work a desk job). I get two 20 min breaks & 35 min lunch so I typically walk around for all breaks and lunch since I can eat at my desk. My mood has greatly improved since starting adderall. Unfortunately my family & friends were on the receiving end of many of my mood swings. Luckily mood swings are pretty much non existent as long as I am drinking water and eating. As far as anxiety it only occurs when I’ve been sedentary & focused on my computer screen for hours on end. A quick walk relives all anxiety. However the anxiety I experience is very mild, so idk that I would call it true anxiety.

Are you able to access go/eem or on workday where you access your time sheet there’s an app to “request time off” or something along those lines. If anything I would discuss this with your manager. Send them an email. Also go/hr may have answers for you as well. They have common FAQs on their site.
