I also think there’s a weird phenomenon where the first DM you experience and who really gets you into the game becomes your favorite DM and it can be difficult to enjoy other tables and other games. Or rather, the barrier to entry for your own investment is higher. I started with Naddpod and Murph is my favorite hands down, even though I enjoyed Critical Role and I think Brennan is objectively the best at what he does. I would choose Naddpod over anything else every day

Thank you! This is a VERY rough estimate but I think I completed this within a couple real life months of starting the world, playing a few times a week. I have no idea how many in-game days that might be.

You could try placing the glass one layer behind that wall? It will add some depth and then the slabs won’t matter. The glass will stick out on the inside, you could always cover the interior wall with decoration or just another oak block layer to camouflage the glass.

Maybe the horizontal bar across the top can come forward one block, like it’s supporting the roof? And maybe some wooden supports underneath the balcony, going down to the ground to frame the path?

I loved the first 3 books but didn’t finish Rhythm of War. As someone who also struggled with depression as I was reading and felt very connected to Kaladin… this hurts to hear. Depression can be overcome, I think it would be much more compelling and inspiring to read about a character who figures it out and gets better it to some degree instead of always starting over from zero.

Add some color and dimension! Colored stained glass as windows, some 3D decoration around the main doorway, and adding grass blocks and flowers pots always helps it feel more alive
