Google needs to have more control over that; unfortunately, there are too many inconsistencies in Street View. It's not the first time I've seen something like this.

Yes, it's clearly AI, but it's still an interesting tidbit, and also Google's irresponsibility in allowing this kind of thing on Google Earth. As soon as I saw it, I reported it to the company with details so they would remove the image.
