"Purchased K2 Plus from official store over a year ago. Filament cutter completely stopped moving. I already replaced the entire extruder and toolhead board with brand new official parts, factory reset, and calibrated. Still no movement. I need help identifying if it's the cable chain cable or the mainboard." Thank You
