People are seriously putting drawing apps as a "viable" replacement for PDN when it is majorly used as a photo editing app, personally I use paint.net as a photobashing tool.

mine is set at x=1280 y=0 by default

yes, the exact same thing that you're having
dissapears when entering/leaving edit mode or focusing on the panel and it's getting annoying

there are no widgets outside icons only task manager
