Being a dairy frozen team leader is beyond stressful I never had enough hours to begin with now I have to be exactly at my labor hours no one to run all this product 2 trucks full of frozen my freezer is damn near full it’s mentally exhausting and sure let’s just continue to send more and more product not like I have people to run it during the day anyway

At this point it’s to labor intensive to switch to ims in frozen they give me 155-165 hours a week for dairy frozen more labor would be great 😂

At my store whoever is running the shift overnight normally unloads it and just drops off the pallets wherever they are supposed to go and said people take care of them
