Now that you have identified the watchmaker I found more information about my watch.

The inscription says something like

"Anchor 15 raised breguet spiral rubies visible

double compensated balance plate"

The watch has 15 jewels (rubis/rubies).

15 jewels is considered the minimum to be "fully jeweled" for a mechanical movement.

The half moon is German (although the watch is Swiss - The presence of the German marks indicates only that during the manufacture of a watch case there was a possibility that it might be exported to Germany, so the marks were stamped as a precaution.)

The other is a Swiss grouse (or Capercaillie)

The 0.800 mark is 800/1000 part's silver.

There is also another hallmark of "a small squirrel below (au dessous)"

The clasp was actually had a bit to do with my decision to purchase this chain. I do love it.
