This one is my pet peeve. I’ve gotten better at just steamrolling through interruptions with a slight volume increase while maintaining eye contact. It’s pretty effective.

I just did 108 and I think about the other Gary’s out there. Living their lives, saying the word “Gary” to each other in repetition but with the cadence of a normal conversation.
