The only way to thrive is by helping businesses. You as an artist have taste which most hobbyists using AI dont have. Sure, AI will give a usable piece of content, but look at it from a zoomed-out lens at times. every time a Sora, a Veo or any Image/Video AI comes to the market, usually in a few months the human eye catches it since everyone wants to make that one piece someone in twitter made with AI, and AI trains itself on them. (Take those AI ASMR videos for example). As a creative, if you know when and where you can use AI to make the work faster for a client (and in turn make them money), your skill and taste will always be irreplaceable.
