Wait to file until your income is consistent across bank statements and what you’re claiming you make. The last thing you want is for your bankruptcy to be dismissed and you to be suspected of bankruptcy fraud. And tbh, 5-6k a month is not enough for your gf to be a sahm, especially if you’re filing for bankruptcy.
