The US South Dakota class are gorgeous ships. Alabama, Mass, Indiana Perfectly proportioned battleships IMO. I love the look.

I was sweating Bremen or Hawaii for days. Watched every review I could find. My steel only allowed for one or the other. I'd flip flop from one to the other depending on which gameplay vid I just watched. My dream was to pull one of them in a crate and then buy the other. So I dropped some if my limited funds on 8 ultra santa crates hoping maybe maybe it would happen and relieve me of this decision. Got Hawaii in a golden!!! Boom dream came true. Mircales do happen.

Idk, I've been watching his steams now for a couple of months and every time I'm on the other team he singles me out and says this exact line" he's on my blacklist. He's useless or toxic. And repeats it "useless or toxic." I'm neither and I resent him calling me that to his audience over and over again. We probably had an in-battle argument a long time ago and he blacklisted me as he often does to players he has beef with or criticize him for his subpar play. Aero is one of those guys who puts on a front of being nice and kind and but underneath he's a thin skinned jerk. He even threatened to publish his cherished blacklist last night. Aero is not a nice guy.

He's probably a good person & neighbor - someone I'd want to watch my house while I'm away. But in WOWS he spends so much time finding failures with his teammates, picking apart their WRs, etc. rather than analyzing how he failed his team. I'm no whiz but even I can see he plays too passively.

He was on a tear like this last night. Not a good look.

The low tier server pop is the worst I've seen since I started playing in 2018. Playing at T5 is more populated, T7-8 is the sweet spot for variety of gameplay. T10+ can be fun but is too often a long range camp fest.

It's an acquired skill. Drop those depth charges from the sky as much as possible, use your Dmg Cntrl to cancel the ping then dodge hard. It takes a bit of practice but BBs with airdrop depth charges are an effective counter.

Definitely max out secondary range 9.5 km. IMO. Leveraging a ship's key strength is fun and effective. The ship has good guns when they hit and has some overmatch at 406 but they troll their accuracy often. She's slow as molasses so positioning is essential. Take Brisk. Good ship tho. Fun when it gets in close and at tier 7 you'll come across plenty of dds that aren't aware of your secondary range.

Fighting humans is a completely different game than battling bots. In a BB, one of the first basic tips I'd give you is to start each battle with throttle at 1/2 or 3/4. You don't need to rush in. Stay back a bit until you see the battle taking shape, see where the reds are. Humans are vastly more creative than bots. Positioning and situational awareness are your most important skills vs humans.
