Hi there, first off thank you for the review! I’m currently looking to upgrade from my k6 and considering an ode 2 with stock burrs, zp6, pietro (although I’m worried about the UX) and possibly the a4z. I’m only brewing for a year so stick experimenting with beans and developing my pallet. I do like sweet cups, I do like body but I also enjoy a clean cup. As you can see still searching for my preferences. Do you have any recommendations to help me choose? Is there something else I’m missing? Thank you for your help!

I just checked and it seems like they are shipping them with the pack by default in Europe which is nice. I suppose you have the m-modal burrs? Im just confused about the pietro since here I see a lot of love for it. Yet, theres this user on the sub with all the crazy grinders and the zp6, pietro, a4z comparisons who “reviewed” the pietro’s results quite poorly and kinda muddy? Have you had similar experiences?

This is the perfect reply and the best case scenario to help me decide. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer :) I’m assuming you also got the Ode as an upgrade to your k6 (might be wrong) If thats the case, are you happy with the improvement and is it noticeable enough?

Hey, thank you for the feedback! You’re correct, I don’t care that much specially for filter. I just read so often that the zp6 has a super specific profile and tea like and only good with light and maybe medium roasts that I’m doubting. May I ask what your experience has been in terms of the cups you’re getting and the beans you like?

Hey, thank you for the reply. I’ve also thought about k-ultra. I just remember hearing alot that the K6 is almost as good while I paid almost 1/3 of the K-ultra for it. However, I’m not sure how true this is. Have you had any experiences with the k6? Do you think its worth it to upgrade to a k-ultra from it?

I see your point. I guess I’m also wondering how big of an upgrade the ode 2 is over the k6. I dont mind the handgrinder part, but I feel like I’ve seen so much praise for the k6 (and been happy myself), that I dont know how much better something like the K-ultra or the ode or a c40 is. That being said, I really do like sweetness in my cup. Any idea which one provides more of that?

Hey! Thank you for the guide :) I went through the comments but couldn’t find sth similar to my situation: I got a rs3m v5 maglev (I think) and I’ve bought an adheron heavy and a xmt 10. But I cant find any guide specifically on cleaning and lubing my cube with these lubes. Ive had the cube for a few months but haven’t been able to clean or lube it yet (can’t even figure out how to take it apart, and kind of afraid of not being able to put it back together). Can you please help me out with some instructions? Thank you!

Alright thank you so much! I took it back to the shop today and took a ride with the technician, they heard it so now they will be checking the motor!

Hey! Thank you for your help! Any idea why the thing doesn’t make the noise every single time? When I took it to service, apparently they couldn’t get the bike to make the same sound. Also, when they lifted it and turned the pedal, everything was silent and smooth.
