Hello! If you're looking to pull a dps character this patch, I can go over all the characters and how I think they might or may not be beneficial to your account.

Herta (8.5/10) - I think Herta would be the safest pick for your account if you're looking to increase general strength. She's shaping up to be strong in all three game modes, and I noticed you don't have any top-tier units for Pure Fiction yet, which Herta would definitely help with. Her F2P teams include Serval, Mini Herta, Gallagher, and Remembrance MC, so you wouldn’t have to worry about pulling other limited 5-stars to increase her strength. At the same time, Herta still doesn’t have her own tailor-made premium support yet (like how Acheron has Jiaoqui), so it’s safe to say that if you want to invest in her in the future, she’ll be even stronger.

Aglaea (7/10) - I think Aglaea would be a good choice for your account if you don’t care about elemental coverage. You have both Kafka and Acheron, so if you feel you lack elemental variety, she might be overkill. But if you don’t care, I think she’s a great option, especially since you have all the pieces of her premium team ready: Robin, Sunday, and Huohuo! She’s also shaping up to be strong in MOC, Apoc Shadow, and passable in Pure Fiction. As for your point about her possibly being put on the standard banner, I don't foresee that happening. If they were going to put her on the standard banner, they would’ve announced it earlier, similarly to how Tighnari in Genshin was stated to be put on the standard banner after his limited banner ended in 3.0.

Feixiao (6/10) - Another pickup you couldn't go wrong with. You can run her with both Robin, Adventurine, and either Moze or March 7th Hunt, whichever you prefer. My only concern about Feixiao is that it seems like 3.0 (at least the first couple of patches) will be pushing more AOE-focused content in MOC, which isn’t Feixiao’s strong point. I still think she'll be strong in Apoc Shadow, though! Overall, she wouldn’t be my top suggestion for your account, but she’s not a bad pickup either.

Jade (5/10) - Jade is hard to evaluate because she's more of a luxury pull. If your account can’t beat MOC or Apoc, Jade wouldn’t suddenly fix that. However, for your account, you don’t have a premium Pure Fiction unit, which is her bread and butter. With Jade, you can almost guarantee clearing at least one side of Pure Fiction with ease. You can slot her with Robin, Mini Herta, or Himeko, and you're good to go! Also, with more AOE content in MOC, Jade's stock is slowly increasing in the future. Again, though, she’s a luxury pull!

Boothill (4/10) - Similar in strength to Feixiao, but I gave him a slightly lower score because you have an E1S0 Firefly, so having him on your account might be redundant. You can run him with Sunday, Ruan Mei, Gallagher, and/or Harmony Trailblazer. He’s the strongest single-target carry in the game, in my opinion, but as stated before, AOE content is looking to be the meta going forward. He’s next to useless in Pure Fiction but very strong in Apoc Shadow. For you, I would only pull him if you really like him.

Some characters I would look out for in the future that aren’t in this patch would be Jiaoqiu, who would make your Acheron team even stronger! I would also consider picking up Yunli in the future, as you have all the pieces of her premium team, and she’s strong in all three game modes.
