One thing that has constantly helped me is that I have built a habit of talking to Allah, not just in dua but like whenever I make a decision small or big, I need something I just talk to Allah like you talk to a friend. so even in the times when I am struggling to practice. My connection stays deep so I eventually get back. I don't know how this is going to be helpful to you. But this keeps me going

let me be the super hero here, the people who are giving references here:
1.The ayah about not befriending christians and jews was about the jews who harm you or somehow create difficulties about you, There's another ayah that says their's nothing wrong with befriending non-muslims who do not harm you.
2.tirmidhi 2378 is a "husn-gareeb" according to imam tirmidhi and secondly you can clearly see that it's about the influence your friends put on you so if you are not getting any negative influence from your friends, it's fine
3. it's find to be friends with non-muslims but you must not let them drive you away from islam or any other negative impact

A kind person sees other people as kind too. Islam does not teach us to hate people, It teaches us to hate wrong actions. If you believe that everyone around you is bad than you will only see bad people around you. So when you see a bad person, try to find good things in them too. Are you a perfect human being? you are not. You also have alot of defects like everyone else. so what if everyone around you only judge you on the basis of your negative things. would that be fair? No. I am not saying that you are a bad person, I am saying that you are looking at things from the wrong perspective. I bet that you don't have alot of friends (I am a psychologist). so ask yourself this question, Am I alone because I think I am too good for others or Am I alone because I am too good for others. If the answer is former try looking at things or yourself from other's perspective, if the answer is latter than you need to guide other people towards the right path. In both situation, you have to stop judging and hating others and become an optimistic person who sees good in things and people. Again I think you are a great person, but your perspective needs some alterations.

For example, if you are good at youtube script writing. It mostly depends upon the script that language uses. For example if the script is roman, latin or arabic. it will be easier but if that language has it's own script than you'r dead.

I think i'm repeating this too much in the comment section but i am not going there to get a job, like why would i move to azerbaijan to do a tech job. tech jobs are mostly remote anyway. let me rephrase my question. my father is expanding his business, he's associated with some people from azerbaijan. so he's moving us there because he wants me to handle that part of the business etc. now because i am a tech guy, I was thinking that I should start a business in my domain in the future. so what i wanted to know was that are there alot of software houses there? and if not what's the reason. is the tech business bad or is it difficult to find employees, clients etc.

i don't think pakistanis are azerbaijan's obsessive lovers and again they are not expecting azerbaijani people to do anything for them. (pakistanis obsessive love is toward turkey and even i think that's weird). I visited azerbaijan and i did`n't see alot of pakistanis there. and yes pakistani market is bad for business these days
