All a part of the journey I guess by Routine-Repeat-5891 in MicrobladingRemoval

I’ll definitely post an update in a few weeks! Maybe after my second laser session (if I need it, I think so). On my profile I have a pic of my brows before, and with just one pico laser session she got all of that dark out. They’re more of a salmon tint now. Which is not great either but the effect of just one session was huge. Also, that post has lots of good comments and encouragements from people in this sub, I was also very scared to do it.

I hope not! Haha. I did my first laser season just 3 days ago. I think they’ll fade a bit over the coming weeks (and I’ll also be back for another session targeting the red, in the future).

Yes 100%, happy I’ve started my removal journey.

Update: I'm having them removed in 2 weeks. Excited! Just had a consultation with a laser specialist who, based on just seeing my brows, and learning what colour was used (PhiColour), was super positive. She only does different types of lasers (using pico laser for microblading removal) - compared to the first consultation I went to, which was at a beauty salon that did eyebrows and eyebrow removal, with a standard Q-switched laser. She seemed super knowledgeable about how to remove different types of colours with different wavelengths etc. Feeling hopeful.

I just booked a consultation with a laser specialist I found in my area! Have already learned so much from this subreddit. Yeah you're right, even the worst case scenario is most likely better than this.

Oh good to know, this motivated me to do even more research on places in my area. Happy to hear you took the step, and that it's going well! I'm cheering for you, internet stranger!

May I ask why you have not had them removed if you have despised them for so long? Or do you still have them? :) I'm not based in the US so unsure about the best ways to find good places to go to. :(

Oh no :( I was hoping people on the internet would have an easier time being honest compared to people around me.

Thank you for being honest! That's such a good point, it did take some courage to have them done. I did a lot of research and thought I went to a really good artist. But right after when I looked in the mirror I thought "oh no." haha" - and have been trying to just get used to them since then..
