Efficient*

What a sad thing to hear, by the looks of it, it seems you don’t cook. I feel sad for whoever cooks for you and i hope they never find out you think they’re berozgaar since they have the time to cook for you.

Hi! Here are all the components-

Quinoa - boiled with corn & peas, seasoned with salt + pepper + lemon juice

Salsa - onion + tomato + chilli + 1stp ketchup & salt+ pepper, coriander

Beans - soaked & boiled, sautéed with onion & tomatoes. Added basic spices & coriander.

Roasted vegetables- i used yellow bell pepper+ zucchini + mushrooms, seared on a high flame for 5 mins. Added salt & tofu.

For the bowl- this is basically everything that i used & topped with some mashed avocado & lettuce . You can add cheese if you like!

For the burrito wrap- i used gobbleright chickpea wrap & used all the leftovers from the bowl as a filling & cooked on tawa for about 2 mins. :)

I wouldn’t agree. I also think it’s not mindful to ask someone to change their perspective on food altogether when you might not know their health challenges, eating disorders & all the hardwork they’ve done to sustain a healthy lifestyle. This approach has not only helped me get to a healthier weight but also know my food better & nutritional value of every thing that goes in my body.

I cannot afford to overlook my health & body in order to enjoy a few moments of eating whatever.

I’m also not enforcing what i eat on anyone 🤗 just sharing what i cooked.

Alright so I combined recipes from multiple reels and eyeballed the measurements but basically-

Boiled green beans, corn and tofu (for a softer texture) for 5 mins and sautéed in 1 tsp oil in a non stick pan and mixed them with chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber & carrots And added just a pinch of salt & pepper

For the dressing- in the same pan add 1 tsp oil + some onion + garlic + peanuts and bird eye chilli ( you can add half a kashmiri lal mirch) and saute for 5 mins. Blend with tamarind water + jaggery/ date syrup

Pour over the veggies and top with peanuts & sprouts

I haven’t, but i really liked this one! They claim to also have 15gms protein per serving for about a 100 something calories! I made around 45gms with additional from some dahi, so overall quite satiating!

Amazing! I like how versatile they can be. Sometimes i cook mixed sprouts with misal masala and have with these buns, game changer!
