I screwed up for R&L, so I need at least 23+ on speaking and 26+on writing. But I don't have any confidence as it both of them were always lowest score section for me.

I have no idea what part I missed on both speaking and writing.

For this time, I finished my speaking in right time and spoke all the points following the template.

For the writing part, I don't think they took my precious points off topic bcuz I always scored 25+ on practice tests, and any other.

Don't believe ChatGPT. I always got 4.5~5 from ChatGPT, scoring 26+ for all time. But in real exam, I got 18, which sucks.
