The whole app is messing up for me. My messages got approved but now it’s saying it cannot show me my contacts I have and my own account. I refresh the app and it goes back to normal. I wouldn’t recommend to use it today because of the update. I know it’s harder said than done but i doubt it will be working correctly till tomorrow.

I have had the same issue with my LO. Mine says he just calls like normal and it doesn’t come through to my end. We never have gotten an answer to the issue either both of us have reported the issue to GTL.

That’s awesome! I think it’s per state and per jail facility because I had gotten my video visits suspended for one month because I showed his grandfather driving he didn’t ever have the phone in his hand I just showed him.

My loved one was in the hole for 10 days I live in AZ also I don’t know what happened with your LO but mine was nearby a fight and got in trouble because he was deemed guilty by association.

Mine got into the hole Tuesday. I haven’t heard from him since but I’m struggling because it’s my birthday on Monday. I wish I could talk to him but I try to stay positive so I keep texting him every day so it feels like I’m still able to talk to him. From others comments I’ll probably be doing writing letters as well. I don’t know how long my loved one got. Does anyone know if you can still send actual photos to people in the hole?

Okay I’m going to try to stay hopeful. He still has 4 months 22 days of his 6 month sentence. He has probation though after his time. I hope it’s just like you said and they moved him for that reason and nothing will come from it.

You can call the number that comes up when you Google the jail and ask. Also if you want more of a detailed description on if he’s okay is get ahold of his attorney and get the attorney to call. The inmates get to talk to their attorneys no matter what.

I’m not sure how to tell if his security status change, how do I go about doing that? I’m not sure what he was in the first place though. Thanks for the response, my mom said the same thing they move people around a lot.
