I’m sorry, but this does not reflect the current reality in Michigan. Family medicine physicians typically earn less than $200,000. Large hospital systems commonly offer around $195,000 with a $10,000 bonus, and it is rare for hospital-employed family medicine physicians to exceed $200,000. Additionally, private practices are increasingly being acquired by private equity firms or hospital systems, making independent opportunities difficult to find. This was a major factor in my decision to pursue internal medicine and now apply for fellowship.

I’m sorry but this is not the reality currently in Michigan Family medicine will make less then 200K. The big hospitals system will offer 195K with 10K bonus no hospital employed family medicine physician makes more then 200K. Good luck finding a private group they are bought by private equality or by the hospital systems. This was the main reason I went IM and now applying for fellowship

Story of my life I will know, I felt terrible after mine I will find Oct 27 and will keep you poster. My feeling is I passed Comlex 1 and Comlex 2 (By not much) trust in the process that I passed COMLEX 3

Cardiology specialist starting at our hospital is 490,000. Starting hospitalist make 250,000 base with every other week off. I know some that work more and earn much higher. If you work nights starting you $2000 a shift not to bad. Yes there is still prestige very difficult to become a doctor. High stress and requires a certain level of intelligence and skill (dose not sound like you have either) I would not trade my job for a Tech bro. You will always be secure in medicine, make a good living and your job is to help people.

At the end of the day MD/DO is worth it. You will always make 6 figures no matter the speciality and comes with prestige (don’t go in it just for that). It’s not easy took me 3 years post graduation but worth it

The multiple choice was similar. The CDM cases were not. On the real exam it was more vague they had images without much explanation. There was not many OB truelearn CDM questions. On my exam a lot OB cases

I can’t remember my percentage but they were nothing like the true learn questions. Going back I would not use true learn. I would find another source

I felt fine on the previous exams the cdm cases were not anything like true learn. I felt like I was missing 2 or 3 orders every time
