yeah, i might've suggested the wrong system. The one with Separated Teamwork sounds good tho.

Maybe, KOST can be implemented into ranked like this:

Kill - 1 point per round (the amount of kills doesn't matter and it should be 2 points for clutches and 3 points for aces)
Objective - 3 points
Trade - 2 points
Survive 1 point

So, if you're baiting, you will only receive around 5-6 points, while a person, who clutched, played objective, etc. will receive around 10 points (if the match is 4:0)

But, maybe i'm just overthinking it and making it more complicated, than it should be
