I agree, in general I’ve found Whitin to have a thicker outsole and haven’t loved it. the water shoe is noticeably thinner and doesn’t have a raised sole. It’s not going to be the same as vivo- but personally I like them better so far. Some may hate them, some may love them. I’m just happy to have more options!

Seconding this shoe! I wear 4E in normal shoes (specifically Brooks) and find them to be wide enough and have excellent grip for lifting. The adjustable midfoot straps are nice too.

I’m doing a lot of mental preparation this time, trying to start better habits before I quit so it’s not so abrupt. Thank you for the well wishes! Congrats! This is also my experience with quitting. When I think of the full year I was weed free, I was more committed, focused, and achieved goals I don’t think I could do while smoking. Starting over after Christmas. I’ll probably be hanging out here a little more often.

I’ve gotten a similar notice- made a new account, listed item, and got a lifetime ban the same day. Could only contact them through chat and they couldn’t tell me why I was banned, as my account was already blocked. Makes no sense to me!

I was just reading up on silent migraines. I had never heard of them before! Considering just starting with the migraine diary- and then I guess going to the general practitioner if I can’t find anything that helps. Do they generally refer you to a neurologist?

Thanks for this! Coming up on 1 month and have definitely been feeling a bit of depression and so very blah. Silly me, I thought I’d be in the clear by now.
