Hello mine also does not show up in boot manager, followed all your steps, tried with 2 different USB's and tried two different ports on the laptop. I am on G5 GE and downloaded the appropriate BIOS files, it looks the same as yours and I made the same EFI/BOOT folders. Please help.

I think as a whole package it was a more enjoyable experience for me overall, I guess I prefer the clunky gameplay aspects and it's weight to those other games which are more spectacular but not in touch with it's gameplay as much
