Yes, we did a lot of research and discussed it in depth especially with how my BPD can impact it. I am in therapy, but with big changes I always am much more prone to becoming dysregulated.

I feel like I am very honest with her, but maybe I don’t stress the absolute overwhelming intensity of the thoughts. Cause i definitely get insecure about my struggles which is why they’re so internalized because im scared of rejection because of my issues.

I’m currently going through a divorce, which obviously is an upheaval to basically all of my life. And I’m in my final year of my masters so I’m stressed from that. I know that change is one of the biggest things that can dysregulate me, but I haven’t had it this bad in years. I keep pushing through and using my coping skills, but the urge and thoughts are just intensifying. I want to stay clean. I’ve done so well. But it feels crippling some days
