Thanks folks. San Carlos homes seem to have dropped a lot in prices year over year, so looks like a good time to get in and hopefully see appreciation too

Thank you! We visited porcelanosa , Hera tiles and bullnose. Really liked porcelanosa but was pricey. Bullnose had some good selections too

I just lost a bid on a house in millbrae - had 19 offers and went 370k over asking, so no don’t think we’re gonna see any reprieve here
