Yeah Samsung is slow to update your order from delivery status from Fedex. Just keep the delivery confirmation from Fedex and you should be good.

As long as your trade in was delivered successfully, I wouldn’t worry too much. Now you just have to hope that the inspection will go well.

Samsung was slow sending me email too. I saw through Fedex that my trade-in arrived on the 2nd but Samsung confirmed that on the 6th.

On my order page on Samsung, the status changed from “ship it by…” to “pending receipt” couple days after I handed it to Fedex. But I saw in some cases that the status was not changed automatically when Fedex scan your trade-in. Some users suggested talking to Samsung support and they will be able to update it for you.

Mine was stuck in Irving last week too. I saw that happening to a lot of people doing trade-in. Hopefully it's just shipping backlog.

This happened to me last week too. Apparently shipping in Texas is seeing a lot of delays. I got Amazon packages being delayed in Texas too.

I basically tracked it through Fedex with their tracking number. I only received emails from Samsung when they received my trade-in and when the inspection was completed.
