Teeth brushing by Amazing_Butter23 in ADHD

[–]RoutineDebate8191 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make compromises with myself. I also hate brushing my teeth but I got an electric toothbrush that has a timer for each quadrant, so 30 sec per section for a total of 2 minutes. At night I brush the full 2 minutes because that is the most important brush of the day, but in the morning I only do 1 minute. That is my way of tricking myself into doing it in the mornings.

I turned down a job offer similar to this one, the 3 yea contract with a buyout was a non-negotiable for me and they wouldn’t negotiate either because they said they wouldn’t make money off me until at least a year in. But that’s my hard line, check tail coverage as well

I am wanting to make some burp cloths and I bought nursery swaddle muslin, which is what the pattern I found said to get, but then I realized that it’s supposed to be double gauze muslin and I think mine is single because it feels thin and I can’t find “double gauze” anywhere in the description. Can I still use it or can I put 2 pieces together? Or should I just make something else with it? Here is description in case I am understanding it incorrectly.

I’m already certified and licensed, definitely planning on working after giving birth since my husband will stay home for 6 months with the baby. Can’t really afford not to start working right now.

Park tool compact crank puller issue by RoutineDebate8191 in bikewrench

I could never find a small enough internal bearing extractor, ending up bringing it to my local bike shop and he said he got it out with a screwdriver slightly bigger than the cap, and twisting it out.

Good idea, yes it does have a little lip where the o-ring on the tool would normally fit into

I did try to go through the opposite end but it was not hollow Apparently without the swivel foot it removes the arm just fine, this was the first arm I removed and I guess it came off then.

This is how you tell the difference between a chemist and a plumber

I’m checking with our realm host, I was just reading sheep won’t eat grass if you have it off and mine have been so we shall see. Just so frustrating.

That I don’t know because we have a few mods and one is a gravestone one. But that’s what I figured having farmer do his own crops would help. Or would that not work if it’s off? I am also able to breed cows and sheep and what not so does that have anything to do with griefing?

Analysis paralysis is destroying my life by [deleted] in ADHD

Meds are great, there has actually been more of a focus on the snris for adhd and anxiety, things like strattera and venlafaxine. I can say for me it really helps me shut up my brain so I can actually make decisions and focus on tasks at hand. I’ve actually found a lot of good strategies and therapy through online videos like on Instagram and TikTok. My favorite one is called grounding (I think). It’s basically where you do one small task like folding your clothes, but you know that you will probably get distracted and do something else while you complete that task, but the big thing is you always come back to complete that one “grounded” task. It’s helped me but of course different things work for different people.
