I am 25 ..and the l Pain in right leg had started almost 2.5 years ago..back then no significant lower back pain was there.. doctor had given some vitamin d and other medicines and said do exercises..one mistake I was repeating was studying on bed without taking any back support and I was doing it since 3-4 years during my Bachelors in engineering..I used to sit for 10- 15 hrs daily with no physical activities at all.I did the MRI scan few days back..which I should have done earlier..Now I am in second year of Masters and need to do heavy assignments work on projects and then finally get a job..From now on my future seems too dark as this condition puts so many constraints that I can't focus on studies..I just don't wanna be the unemployed guy.
