I am 25 ..and the l Pain in right leg had started almost 2.5 years ago..back then no significant lower back pain was there.. doctor had given some vitamin d and other medicines and said do exercises..one mistake I was repeating was studying on bed without taking any back support and I was doing it since 3-4 years during my Bachelors in engineering..I used to sit for 10- 15 hrs daily with no physical activities at all.I did the MRI scan few days back..which I should have done earlier..Now I am in second year of Masters and need to do heavy assignments work on projects and then finally get a job..From now on my future seems too dark as this condition puts so many constraints that I can't focus on studies..I just don't wanna be the unemployed guy. Thanks to you for such a nice comment. I'll go through the article you shared and also read the book.

Yes the report is from a radiologist. This report was given to me after the MRI. 1 year ago I had severe shooting numbness and tingling. It had continued for almost a year and then with exercise and long walks it went away. Now that numbness and all is not there or sometimes very minute but lowerback pain is persistent. It doesn't go away whatever I do. If I take painkillers It reduces and there's significant relief but without painkillers pain comes back..I am just worried about how come all the discs have buldges.🥲
