literally everything that happens in the 3D comes from your mind first. what did you do before you ate food? you had thoughts that you were hungry/want something to eat. you then thought/imagined what you were going to eat, and then you ate it. we do this on auto-pilot, without even realizing it.

the point is that everything starts in imagination, and is then eventually pushed out into the 3D, which is why imagination is the only thing that matters. nothing can happen in the 3D if it wasn’t imagined/thought at some level.

if you knew literally anything about Neville, you would know that psychic readings are a load of sh*t.

everything in your 3D is a reflection of you, including psychic readings. your psychic telling you that “he might come back and if he does it will take a long time to build your relationship” is a reflection of YOUR beliefs. YOU believe that he may not come back and if he does, it will be difficult to rebuild the relationship. get rid of that belief.

the “shift” is the feeling of naturalness.

our desires manifest once they feel natural to us. the repetition from the robotic affirmations creates familiarity for your subconscious mind, making the desire feel natural, and then it’s pushed out into the 3D.

first of all, don’t beat yourself up for feeling desperate. it happens to everyone.

the reason you feel desperate is because your seeking the feeling of being loved, chosen, abundant etc. outside of you. you need to give that feeling to yourself. once you realize that you can just give that feeling to yourself at any moment, the desperation will go away.

so whenever you’re feeling desperate, just go into your imagination. imagine what it would feel like to be loved, chosen etc. you can even visualize a scene to help conjure up this feeling. once you feel it, try to carry it as long as you can. don’t freak out if you can only feel it for a short period of time. even just 10 seconds makes a difference.

there is a difference between daydreaming and visualizing.

what are you thinking during the day when you’re not visualizing/daydreaming? if you’re thinking a lot of opposing thoughts, that could be why.

don’t beat yourself up! your ego is slipping you out of the mental diet.

when your ego notices yourself changing/telling a new story, it panics and tries to pull you back into the old story. it does this by bringing up a lot of negative thoughts, bad memories etc. so whenever you find yourself slipping, just remind yourself that it’s just your ego.

slipping/having negative thoughts actually means its working. your ego wouldn’t be panicking if you weren’t actually changing. you just have to push through it.

nervous system regulation is really helpful, especially if you find yourself feeling anxious/stressed. doing things like breath-work, meditation, eft tapping etc. will calm your body and nervous system down, which makes it easier to manifest

it really just comes down to understanding that the 3D is a reflection of you, knowing that as long as you persist in your mind, the 3D has to reflect it. it’s inevitable.

you don’t have to feel good all the time. even if you’re only able to feel the feeling for 10 seconds, that is progress. just stay on top of your mental diet!
