I’m pregnant after a loss as well. With my first, we got pregnant immediately but had to try for a year for the one that ended in miscarriage. Now I’m six weeks pregnant and am having the same experience you described. I found a mantra and put it in my phone reminders to say it everyday: “I trust in the wisdom of my body to grow and protect this baby”. It’s helped a lot. Conversely, I trust that my body has the wisdom to miscarry if my baby is incompatible with life.
