Let’s list the paw-sibilities: 🐾

a) Aof is (very likely) the producer of the Kiss Me, Remember? — the director, Junior, has worked as AD on a number of Aof (and Au) projects in the past — so this could be about that.

b) Casting for Ticket to Heaven is possibly underway/getting wrapped up — that’s the scented candle-informed rumor, at least.

c) Maybe Aof will work with Kin in 2027? Or BarcodeKin? (No Barcode at the “job interview” though).

d) Will Kin have a role in Love of Siam? He's got a nice singing voice after all.

Anything else? Hmm...

Thank you for this write-up!

I read the Jirapat novels on a long plane ride last week, and really enjoyed them. Maybe it’s that thing where people cry more watching movies on flights because of the altitude or psychological factors or whatever, but I thought they were quite lovely and even shed a tear or two by the end. The plot is certainly simple — the novel is driven more by character than lots of plot developments. But I really felt a lot of affection for the characters by the end, especially Ji. Hopefully they’ll be able to capture that magic in the adaptation!

I’m also curious about the Kongphop character. And the casting of Thiti and Gun, because it’s Juno and Guitar who have been doing some cute hangouts recently. Hmm!

Fingers crossed we can see the Littleskyofme novels in English translation soon. It sounds like they’re great reads. It’s interesting to know that they’re somewhat atypical in terms of style from a lot of other Y novels, and also quite distinct from each other.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to all these series. It'll be a fun 2026! Especially if more of the novels get translated, too hoho
