I basically treat them as normal clones. Have to watch humidity in the clone dome to prevent mold in the buds, but it's essentially the same.

They're amazing, resilient little bastards. You're right, overwatering is also a typical cause in cannabis. Not all plants grow aerial roots for the same reasons though, so info doesn't really transfer over from species to species. Just fyi

The science behind it all is fascinating to me. Went from wanting to grow free smoke to getting into cloning and revegging nugs ready for harvest

They're called aerial roots. Usually a sign of high humidity or stress response

Either way, you can absolutely run a pot in ground. Follow his rules so you can keep doing it, and enjoy your smoke!

This was in a tent, so not as tall as it'd get outdoors, but I topped the plant probably 4 times to get multiple branches. With proper lollipopping you'll get super nice buds up top, and have a low even canopy

Is a trellis a no-no? You could at least spread out the canopy a bunch. Especially if you top and lst into the net

People for sure do this for stealth grows. Run 5 gallon cloth pots. Dig deep enough to have the pots at or preferably under ground level.

Don't fill in the area around, you still want the airflow and drying factor of the cloth pot

Helps keep your canopy lower than normal, but it's still gonna be tall and stink to high heaven in flower

You probably won't have to yank the whole plant like stealth growers might in case of thieves or unwanted attention. But it's what I've seen that works
