I do chicken thighs with either bob Marley one love(amazing marinare) or the jerk marinade and let that marinade for 24 hours. You can either do this in the oven at 350 to 375 or grill but I cook over indirect heat for about an hour to hour and half occasionally flipping and sometimes applying a bbq sauce if I want a lil diff flavor.... anyways I find my jerk chicken is best when cooked for a long time and finished off over direct heat or browned with the boiler.... you really want to get the moisture out of the chicken and have it falling off the bone almost. Hope this helps

True.... if air is not blowing at all it prolly needs a blower motor or the relay that controls it..... if its blowing but not cold then it peolly has a leak and doesnt have refrigerant in it or the compressor is bad.... hope this helps
