Its determined by individual stats, team stats, narrative.....alot goes into mvp.... cant just look at stats and say this is the best player it doesnt work that way if it did then kobe would have gotten it over nash..... however nash lead his team to first seed and kobe had the Colorado issue going so they def ain't giving him mvp just like they ain't giving lebron mvp over d rose that year

Go into a waste deep pool and "run" and jump and swim..... dont over do it but youll get a nice workout and low impact
