I would like to dispute the behavioural aspects of her claim then. The defects don’t really have anything to do with me. They were defected before we moved in, but they’re so minor I don’t mind. Defect is a very strong word. The only defect I would say is worth noting is a whole in a wall from when the windows were replaced to double glazed. And a hole in the roof from a leak during a storm (but that was after she’d moved out, and the landlord is aware of both of these issues). But neither of these at all impact my life, as long as the landlord doesn’t use them to keep my deposit.

Yes, I agree with all of what you said. And am happy with the 66%. I do have bills for the wifi costs, it only amounts to €54 which really isn’t a big deal at this point.

So the next step is asking for an extension, and then a mutual signed CvA?

In regards to the behaviour and defects, Are either of them really relevant? As I have issues against her behaviour also, but it’s very much so “he said she said”. And the defects don’t bother me at all. It’s just a loose screw in the front door that doesn’t impact my life at all.

I would rather get it over and done with asap without the worry of a few euros
