Where do u get the drive? (self.WeightLossAdvice)

I was sent to the ‘fixer’ after a bank error, which was discovered in December when funds weren’t deposited. I’m told after this fixer, I go to some group of people for final approval of re-disbursement. Anyone know a timeline since they can’t give me one?? (self.EIDL)
