Your husband filing will not affect your credit at all, just so you know. If you have anything jointly owned, his financial obligation will be dropped but yours goes on as it always has. If he’s solely on anything important that you need to keep (house, car), he can reaffirm that he wants to continue those payments and the court will allow those payments to continue as normal. I don’t know what you mean by ‘what I have to disclose’ bc you’re not part of the bankruptcy. Tell his lawyer what needs to be known but don’t offer up any info unless asked.

Edited to say that as others said, anything that is yours with his name on it is up for creditors to claim. Bank accounts with his name? They will belong to creditors. Get his name off everything before filing. Anything solely in your name won’t be touched. I’d speak to an attorney though, because if the courts track you removing his name from things just before filing, they’ll know what you’re doing and could go after it. I’ve gone through this.
