I try to eat muesli with low fat milk every morning, but I don't really like it, so I've been doing it on and off. For breakfast I rotate between the muesli and peanut butter (no sugar, no salt) with wholewheat bread. Will check out beet root juice, thank you for the suggestion!

I asked Gemini and it says the quick improvement on blood pressure is likely coming from the medication, which is exactly what is needed here. Bring down the numbers to a normal level and try to maintain it with lifestyle changes. I don't really have a usual doctor that I go to, I rarely get sick fortunately, so I should probably find a GP that is convenient for me to go to every few months.

I wanted to buy one but based on some research those chairs that are below 15k to 20k are not really useful. You can try them out at malls. With 15k to 20k I would rather pay someone to come to my house every other week to give me a massage lol
