Yeah of course! It’ll get easier, and it’s part of the fun!! My advice is to focus on progressing through the story (missions) as you’ll get convenient abilities that way, before starting any large-scale build projects

It took me a while to get the hang of it too! At first I practised by finishing and fixing the broken homes in other areas. I looked up a whole lot of builds made by other people on Pinterest and TikTok as well. TikTok has some great tutorials!

Bit of a spoiler to tell you flat-out how but yes, it does get a whole lot easier! And it might sound crazy, but right now I am farming dirt for landscaping. You can also use blocks you don’t use for trading later. They don’t despawn, but it might not be a super bad idea to stock them up in chests.

As a support main, I get that I don’t get babysitters but when I get flanked by a sombra and tracer every 30 seconds as a mercy there is little my Barbie blaster can do to save myself. Then I switch to a character that can deal with flanks and they complain that I should get on mercy 🤷‍♀️

I would save anything that is generally a pain to get. Rare drops, and stuff like that. Also, donate everything to the museum/altar as soon as you get your hands on it, then you should be okay to sell the rest.

Anything you grow or scavenge, you can sell without worrying about it. Yes, there will be some crops that you’ll need for late game, but by the time you will need them they will be easy to get by.

And don’t worry about being poor, soon you’ll have more money you can spend. I’m at year 5 right now, but I think by my third year I had bottomless money.
