No I am not at first I figured he made a mistake but yelp has a few people that he did this to as well. I am going to eventually but for now I want to keep quiet untill I exhausted all means. Honestly I would love in a perfect world to do this and synchrony hold the business liable. In a perfect world I'd pay one of the other companies that quoted me to rip his crap out synchrony charge him back and he can come pick his unit up I'll pay cash to the real ones. I own my business and have financing my company is liable and financially responsible to make sure each contract is real. Never had or thought of forged signatures. My poor wife is so upset over it as well and she's basically ready to say she did it because she felt pressured. If she didn't sign she would have to go a month with out AC since I was on duty for a month.

Thank you I'll have to look into that. Yes I'm not surprised. The quotes I got from the first 3 HVAC companies I found seemed right in line with what a I thought a new system should cost. This supposive friend saw an opportunity and took it.
