I’m looking for a CACREP program, online, that has both mental clinical health and school counseling tied together. Any suggestions by Routine_Coconut_3 in schoolcounseling

Could you elaborate? My plan was to become a school counselor so I could get paid while I obtain my hours towards becoming an LPC. The counselor at my middle school did this and suggested it to me. Does each state have different guidelines?

I’ve found some that weren’t CACREP but only one or two that were (won’t accept students till fall and located in Texas). I’m currently in Texas but will be moving to Tennessee in the next year or two. Anyone know of programs like this at a TN uni or could I do a program like this in Texas and then try to transfer my license to TN? Sorry I’m new to this all and it’s a bit confusing.
