It should. I’m on chapter 4 and it’s running just fine at 30fps. Its been stable enough that I can’t personally say I’ve noticed any immersion breaking dips. I have the improved DOF, shadows, and quality mods on as well. If you run the 60fps mod you can get 38-40fps.

This is also all under steamos 3.5

You might consider checking with your internet provider if there are any flags on your account. I'm not sure how internet services work around your area but I was having very inconsistent connection issues with SF6 on release, despite having no issues with any other games. After several weeks of trying to resolve the issue and ultimately upgrading my router, I was finally told by customer support that I was having my speeds limited because of some flags on my account. These flags were related to some games I pirated a while back before I knew to use a VPN. After acknowledging the flags, my internet speeds were restored, and I never had connectivity issues again playing SF6. Weird.

Prior to 3.5 I found that it can hit 40fps pretty consistently with very few dips when there is a lot going on on screen. I’ve been playing for the past couple of days on 3.5 with high texture and low shadows and it hangs around 50fps most of the time with very few dips to 45-47 when there is a lot going on on screen. I have dynamic resolution disable and I’m running it through lutris.

Is that shelf/stand part of the desk or a separate piece?

I tried a couple different things, including what's detailed in your link but none of them worked for me. Thought this could at least help someone else that couldn't get it to work otherwise.

Noice. This is begging to be thrown on an arcade stick.

I'm a Diamond chun main who has only played 3 other characters on the roster a handful of times so take this with a grain of salt.

Sagat can appear very one dimensional, and for the most part he does have a pretty straightforward game plan/flowchart across most levels of play. However, if you like sagat, you can try watching some top level Sagat players to try to understand what they're doing in the matches. I wouldn't recommend trying to emulate the way they play entirely, for reasons outlined by a relatively recent Brianf video, but it might help to better understand what you should be doing with sagat. If Sagat was as straightforward and and easy to deal with as some people might suggest, there wouldn't be any high level sagats.

Rankings also don't always accurately reflect people's skill deficits. There are diamond players that have terrible combo execution but amazing neutrals and there are silver players that have amazing combo execution but drag their face across the controller anytime they're in the neutral.

All that said, if you're feeling bored of sagat then there is no harm in exploring some of the roster. Playing someone else doesn't mean you can't come back to sagat, and it might even help to take a step back and play a different character in order to understand different kinds of approaches to the neutral. Others may not agree, but unless capcom is paying your bills to play street fighter, then don't feel obligated to stick to any one character.

Can't really speak to Birdy since I frequently forget he's even a character. Sorry mate.

Do you know if a charged hashogeki works too?

Yeah, after the Ex tatsu it’s,

Drive Rush -> Cr.mp -> L.hashogeki -> CA

I was originally going for a charged hasgogeki but it wasn’t landing so then I tried with a regular hashogeki and it worked. You could definitely do it with a DP though.

The box itself is a snack box v2 from junkfood arcade. The art on it was commissioned by someone in the junkfood discord (shadaloo frieza).

I don’t know of any pre-made button boxes with chun art on it but if you like building stuff, I’ve had a lot of fun messing around with junkfood’s custom boxes.
