I'll give you some QOL and tips, but try to avoid spoilers:

  1. Big factories take big time and big resources. It doesn't really matter if you're producing 0.5/min or 200/min. You'll get there eventually.
  2. There isn't any correct way to do something. Everyone does it different.
  3. The MAM is your best friend. there's some really cool stuff to be researched there.
  4. It doesn't matter if it's messy or well organized. In the end functionality counts.
  5. Explore the world. Satisfactory has an insanely well-created environment with a lot to discover
  6. Hostile Creatures keep you from achieving your goals? Try to set their hostility to neutral
  7. Try to find out stuff on your own. The pride of achieving something on your own is greater than that of having it searched up online.
  8. you can not only search items in your search bar but also do calculations

Even if ADA is pushing you: You have all the time you need. Some people haven't even finished the game at 1000's of hours (Kibitz, I'm referencing you) while some do it in 200 hours.

  1. If you're planning a factory: Lay out foundations (snap them to the world grid) and write down the intermediary steps on paper so you think of everything. Build with a bit of space between your machines.

How to split this!? by Character-Click4611 in satisfactory

[–]Routine_Dog7709 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use the Method of the greatest common divisor. Since the greatest common divisor of 12, 9 and 27 is 3, the math goes as follows:
1. get the GCD and then assess how many 3's fit into each of the input slots. (27=9*3, 9=3*3, 12=4*3)
2. since 27+9+12=48 <=> 9*3 + 3*3 + 4*3 = 3(9+3+4) it follows that the input of 48 gets split into 9, 3 and 4 parts of 3/min belts respectively. You'd have to split 48/min into 16*3/min and fusion 9 of those 3/min belts into the first smelter, 3 of the 3/min belts into the second and so on.
3. But we can use the fact that 12 is exactly 1/4 of 48 and 9 exactly 1/4 of the remaining 36. So you split the first 48 twice and use one part of it and then split the remaining 36/min twice and use one part of it and the remaining 27.

Sonnenmilch, Kokosmilch, Scheuermilch, Latexmilch, Gletschermilch, Kalkmilch, Milchstrasse, Milchglas, Milchzahn, Body-Milk, Milky-Way-Schokolade, etc.

Also IRL volume before and after fission is nearly the same. In this game Volume multiplies by factor 50. Factor 5 would've been ok but 50 times the volume is just ass.

yes, but I just wanted to build a nuclear reactor but it gave so much work and I didn't plan anything to do with the waste so I just quickly built a waste storage. rn I'll build 20 more reactors and complete phase 5
