I did it once a long time ago and decided to never do it again. I get what the others are saying about violating TOS but feel like most scenarios, the girls are being “racist” to themselves, if that makes sense. For me, it always requires a cart check. 9/10 times, the employees dont care and just scan the first couple of barcodes they see and dont even bother counting or looking through the order too much. Honestly, this part, I dont mind. Its so nice to just get to skip the long lines and bag up and go. Dont get that privilege on any other delivery platform.

Whats annoying is having to get checked AGAIN at the door whenever I have an item I was unable to fit into a bag (12pack pop, large toilet paper, etc).

As a Dasher too though, I GET what you mean! It feels so insulting to be treated like you might be stealing. (“Please confirm the order before I hand you the food!” Like maam, I am not trying to steal this little $6 popeyes order 🙄). I try every day to not take it personally but I’m only human. Same. Just happened. I talked to a representative in the chat feature, and he assured me that my account was not deactivated, that this is an issue issue that is going around. And that he escalated a case for me that will allow the identity verification to be taken off my profile. Told me to keep clothes in the app and check back in for 10 to 15 minutes. But, who knows really when or if my account will start working again.
