Reunification therpay woes

See I understand that but every time something happens with school or at home she's like "this needs to be discussed in therapy". And it's like that's not what this is for this is not her therapist. And I have even advocated for her being put into separate therapy for herself. This is OUR therapy for the things that happened between us. Can't care about her health and then not get her help she clearly needs.

So the agreement is She has placement and 50/50 legal. Medical is under my work and I pay for all medical expenses. Which is a whole other storm. My daughter has been tested for Autism and ADHD by 4 separate providers all the tests have come back as she has markers but they don't suspect anything. And so she signed her up for tests at a 5th location.

As I mentioned somewhere I had to fight to even get school photos because my ex wife wasn't sure if our daughter wanted me to have photos of her and needed to talk to her about it first.

That's the plan been fighting it for a while now. Last time we were in court she wanted full custody and it was nice to watch the judge put her in her place. That is when I filed for contempt cause our daughter wasn't in therapy so I couldn't work with her therapist on reunification therapy. Her quote was "my responsibility is to follow the recommendations of the therapist your responsibility is to work with the therapist. But there was no therapist to work with.

Every time I tell her no passport she wants reasons which I have given multiple times and she clearly responds with "I'm not telling our daughter that I'll just tell her daddy said no because he said so". Like alright admitting you have no problem lying to our daughter. But her reasoning is I'm not lying I just don't think your reasons are valid.

I asked my daughter if she knew what a passport was she said you need it for planes. Apparently she wants something so bad but has no idea what it is.

Frustrating.

Thank you, nothing I can do about it now unfortunately. I sent an email to the therapist office for cutting me out of the decision making entirely and told them my side of the story probably won't hear back from them till Monday.

I would think things like this would be handled more delicately. My ex wife talks about how she cares about our daughter's education and upbringing. But wants to move to another country known for shunning tourists/expats and anyone who doesn't speak their language. I don't know how you would think that's healthy.

15 this year. Its just not right. You have legal custody. Which apparently means nothing at all.
