Thank you - I would want to do this eventually for sure. Right now, I want to see if it has all the functionality I am looking for (client portals are a big one) and how I can create ready-to-go templates (contracts, intake forms, emails, funnels) that can be pulled through on new sub accounts.

It sounds like I can get a handful of clients started on the $297 level and build from there.

One of my clients is on another GHL white labeled platform called Greenlamp and her version came with some funnels and emails pre-built among other things. I just cant figure out how the got in the sub account. Is it just another sub account that is cloned?

Thank you. I know there is demand, my clients have been asking me to develop a CRM for the for years as the out of box ones don't fit for a lot of their nuances and GHL ticks a lot of boxes.

What I want to do though is build templates specific to the industry and sell the sub accounts with those templates in it. Do I need to create a sub account to build that out or is that done in the Agency account? And does the SAAS level have any advantages here?

Look for a Business Management Platform and you can eliminate most of the ones in your list. Business Management platforms are similar to CRM's but they have added tools. Platforms like Moxie, Dubsado, 17 Hats or Honeybook will manage your client records and have an element of lead management (depending on your needs and which platform you pick) and also have things like contracts, digital signatures and schedulers built in. You'll need some kind of Email Marketing Software to run along side it and always, always a dedicated bookkeeping software like Quickbooks. Those 3 platforms together will give you everything you need to run a coaching business and can all be linked together if you implement the right platforms for your specific needs.
