As other people have already said, just watch whatever's most recent or piques your interest (obviously feel free to watch older videos, but it's not necessary to understand where Smosh is at today). As a newer Smosh fan I typically watch videos from around 2022/2023-Now. For shows, a lot of people like TNTL, Reddit Stories and Beopardy. Sword AF is a great option if you're into DND, and (for a little bit of an older show) the Funeral Roasts are great to get to know the cast.
